The FIRST program in the state of Washington is operated by a very dedicated group of volunteers who are eager to see our students succeed in their future.

we would love to hear from you. We have many different volunteer opportunities that come around each year. No expertise is required. Our volunteers act as judges, referees, competition staff, coordinators, and a wide list of other opportunities. We have something for you!

The best testimony we can provide is about 92% of our volunteers return each year. Many of our volunteers have been with us for over 10 years. The impact of the FIRST program is amazing, is very real, and something you will see immediately when you help out at an event.
